The people who take it personally
R&H was built by two people who could not work any other way. Fourteen years later, nothing has changed.

Rob Ryan
Co-Founder, Experience, Design & Creative
Rob has been making things properly since 2011. He is a designer by trade, which means he is equally comfortable with a brand system, a product experience, or a brief that nobody has quite figured out yet.
He works close to the work. Always has. He will question the brief before he opens a file, bring you an alternative you did not ask for, and stay long after the handover to make sure it is actually working.
Two decades across agencies and in-house teams. Retail, financial services, travel, media, entertainment. His value is not the sector. It is what he does when the problem gets complicated.

Nik Stoker
Co-Founder, Operations, Commercial & Media
Niki is the reason R&H runs the way it does. Twenty-five years at the point where commercial ambition meets operational reality, scaling B2B tech & SaaS businesses across the UK, EMEA, and international markets.
She has been COO, MD, SVP and knows how organisations actually work, where the gaps are and how to close them. Outside R&H Nik works with founders, MDs, & investors as a Snr. commercial and operational advisor - across B2B technology, media, and SaaS businesses navigating growth.
At R&H that means every project is properly resourced, properly managed, and properly delivered.
She studied English Literature and Business at Oxford Brookes. Which explains both the precision and the way she reads a room.
